The Basics Package

  • Categorize up to 50 transactions from bank accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation of up to 2 bank accounts (ex. your business checking account and PayPal)
  • Preparation of standard quarterly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Trial Balance. These are needed statements for tax preparation.
  • Up to 1 hour of phone and/or email support

$200/month

Beyond the Basics Package

  • Categorize up to 75 transactions from bank accounts
  • Monthly Reconciliation of up to 2 bank accounts (ex. your business checking account and PayPal)
  • Preparation of standard monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Trial Balance. These are needed statements for tax preparation.
  • Up to 1 hour of phone and/or email support
  • Assistance in year-end tax prep

$350/month

Enterprise Package

  • Categorize up to 100 transactions from bank accounts
  • Monthly Reconciliation of 3 accounts (ex. your business checking account, PayPal, and a credit card statement)
  • Preparation of standard monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Trial Balance. These are needed statements for tax preparation.
  • Up to 1 hour of Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable work
  • Up to 1 hour of phone and/or email support
  • Assistance in year-end tax prep and 1099 filing

If one of the packages above does not meet your needs, please request a custom bid for your small business accounting and bookkeeping needs. 

A la carte pricing is $125/hour for clients using one of our packages above. For clients who do not want one of our packages, there are quarterly packages available.
