We specialize in ongoing accounting services and do not accept one-time projects or short-term assignments. Our commitment is to provide continuous support and expertise to ensure your business thrives over the long term.
The following services are provided to ongoing clients:
Bookkeeping – Small business bookkeeping services can include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and/or account reconciliations.
Payroll – We coordinate with third-party payroll providers for comprehensive payroll solutions; assist with payroll setup and ongoing support; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations; provide payroll reports and documentation for your records. Important Note: While we collaborate with third-party payroll providers for most payroll needs, we do not process payroll directly except for single-member S Corporations. For single-member S Corps, we offer direct payroll processing to streamline your payroll management and ensure personalized service.
Accounting – Help is here if you need assistance setting up and implementing your small business accounting software to generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to keep a good fiscal pulse on your business.
Small Business Bookkeeping cleanup – Shawna admittedly loves a “good mess”. She is an expert helping entrepreneurs and small businesses cleanup the books. Perhaps the small business owner or an assistant has been doing the books as best they know how and realize that it is time to get their books in better order or maybe they don’t know their small business bookkeeping software and have never reconciled.
Small Business Accounting and Bookkeeping Staff Training – After the cleanup is done, some small business owners want to have a staff member take back the accounting and bookkeeping. Shawna is able to train staff on how to keep the books up-to-date and reconciled. Of course, with Shawna’s affordable small business bookkeeping and accounting rates, many business owners decide to retain her service as their small business accountant and bookkeeper to ensure accuracy month after month.
Financial Audit/Review Prep Work – Often times when a small business needs a loan or even when they are considering selling their business, a financial audit or review is required. As a small business CPA and with her background as an auditor, Shawna has the expertise to help prepare the necessary financial schedules to provide to auditors.
QuickBooks – As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Shawna Jewell of Enumerate Accounting & Bookkeeping provides training for QuickBooks, set-up, implementation and bookkeeping.
Shawna is a professional and knowledgeable accountant. She not only completes her financials and projects by the deadlines, but strives for correctness. I enjoyed working with her, as she is personable and takes the time to help others comprehend issues or problems with her results.
